[bioontology-support] Annotator missing some hierachy annotations

Hi,

Just discover this bug working with Sandeep on using the Annotator with
semantic expansion (hierarchy):

Annotate: "photoreceptor cells" in MESH with all ancestors.

You will get 8 annotations, including 7 ancestors.

But it seems some path to roots are ignored.

For instance: Eye is not in the results. Whereas it is in the hierarchy.

&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.bioontology.org%2Fontology%2FMESH%2FD010786

It's like if the retinal neurons > retina > Eye > sense organ path to roots
was ignored.

I have done more testing yet to see if this is generalized (i.e., many path
to roots are ignored)

I have check in our SIFR box, it seems the bug is not generalized.

Clement
