Hi Eleanor,
This should now be fixed. Thank you for your patience and let me know if you experience further issues with using our APIs.

Feedback:
Dear Sir Madam,
Homo sapien (NCBITAXON 9606) has gone AWOL from BioOntology on all interfaces (e.g., web interface, api, searches, etc.).
To reproduce through BioPortal:
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/NCBITAXON?p=classes&conceptid=9606
Or through API:
http://data.bioontology.org/search?q=Homo+sapiens&require_exact_match=true&ontologies=NCBITAXON&format=json
(try removing require_exact_match - it makes no difference)
Is this a bug or has Homo sapiens taxonomy been removed?
Yours sincerely,
Eleanor Cottam
