[bioontology-support] I can not enable mail sending for lost passwords

A quick google indicates Gmail SMTP servers are configured to use port 465, not 25.

There may be other things wrong also (I'm not famliar with the auth_type settings but I think Gmail's SMTP may require TLS/SSL), but I'd try changing the port.
