[bioontology-support] Question about Annotator

Hi!

Why there always two annotations by term in the text, even when I choose
just one Ontology?

For example:

http://data.bioontology.org/annotator?apikey=8b5b7825-538d-40e0-9e9e-5ab9274a9aeb&text=limb%0A&ontologies=RADLEX&longest_only=false&exclude_numbers=false&whole_word_only=true&exclude_synonyms=false

Here I'm just annotating the word "limb" using just the RadLex ontology.
But the result is a list of two annotations, really similar to one another.
What's the difference between the two annotations and what is the
importance of this difference?

Thanks from Portugal!
Luís Campos
