I’m not sure I understand what it is you want to do. We only have one type of user account for the BioPortal application. The account has an associated username, password, and API key. You’re free to create more than one account if you wish.
If you’d like for multiple people to have administrative access to a particular ontology, you can specify multiple user accounts on the edit ontology information page.
