[bioontology-support] [BioPortal] Feedback from Lindy Masya

OK, thanks. I'm copying the list (I'm not 'in' today) so the team will see that ATC ontology does not appear to be responding to searches (can verify on the Classes page by trying Jump To command). Possibly there's an issue with its index.

HI John,

The ATC look-up never returns a result (see screenshot below). It appears to search when the user starts typing but always states ‘No results were returned’.

Please note, other BioPortal ontologies are working as expected.

We will need more precise information about the query that is failing, as the system appears to me to be operating normally. Please give us the configured request, a screenshot of the failure, and/or log information showing the request and BioPortal’s response.

I am a REDCap Administrator and one of our projects which uses BioPortal shows the lookup has not been functioning since August 28, 2019. Our system indicates the connection is functioning. Please advise if other users have been able to access BioPortal lookup?
