[bioontology-support] Get altLabel and label

Hi Brayan,

Thank you for your question. Depending on the ontology you are working with, the fields “label” and “altLabel” may or may not exist. Your best solution for extracting these fields is by asking for ALL of the properties of a given class using the “display=properties” query parameter:,synonym, definition, cui, semanticType, obsolete, properties<,synonym, definition, cui, semanticType, obsolete, properties>,synonym, definition, cui, semanticType, obsolete, properties<,synonym, definition, cui, semanticType, obsolete, properties>

If you know the property name that contains the data you need (the names/namespaces can be different for different ontologies), you can extract them from the “properties” collection.

Let me know if this works for you.

I am writing due to the need for extracting the properties label and altLabel of a specific term through the API (<>). Do you know how can I get this information?

Thank you in advance.
