Thank you for contacting us. I am not able to reproduce this error at this time. Can you please clear out your BioPortal cookies (Chrome => Preferences… => Privacy and security => Cookies and other site data => See all cookies and site data => Search for ‘bioontology.org<http://bioontology.org>’ => Remove All Shown) and try again?
I’ve tried reproducing this with my two test accounts, and both password resets worked flawlessly.

BioPortal does not remember my password.
I typically receive a login via the "password forgotten" link.
When clicking "update password" I receive
"The page you are looking for wasn't found. Please try again."
When clicking "Update" I receive
"We're sorry but something has gone wrong. We have been notified of this error."
Either way, no password is saved. I can use bioportal still because it keeps me logged in regardless.
