[bioontology-support] BioPortal Ontology Service not working in REDCap

Hi,

Thank you for your swift response!

We are unable to load any ontologies.

We have users utilizing the ICD 10 codes, but nothing populates for them. It appears that everything on our end is setup appropriately as well. It seems to have randomly stopped working within the last week.

The API appears to be functioning as intended. Are you still experiencing difficulties? If so, can you give me an example of an API call that is failing for you?
