BioPortal only handles one ontology per entry. You’re welcome to host cl-simple.owl as a separate entry from CL. In order to create a new entry:
1. Login to BioPortal (if you don’t have an account, you can create one here: https://bioportal.bioontology.org/accounts/new)
2. Navigate to the Browse page (https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies)
3. Click the Submit New Ontology button, and fill out the resulting forms.

Ontology submission Question
I serve as the contact for the Cell Ontology (CL), which has been available on BioPortal for many years (thank you!). We have been contacted by a user of CL who accesses CL using a REDCap interface that relies on the BioPortal API. He is wondering if BioPortal would be willing to host a second version of CL, cl-simple.owl, which is a version of CL lacking reference to external ontology terms, which would make his search results more focused. Is it possible for BioPortal to host both cl.owl and cl-simple.owl, either as part of the same entry or perhaps as two separate entries in BioPortal?
