Thank you for the observation. This is somewhat bad but it depends on the policy of the data provider whether they will fix it as you ask. (They may be reluctant to change the name of a publicly published class).
In any case, you should contact them directly. Their contact info (whocc at fhi.no<mailto:whocc at fhi.no>) is listed on the page that you provided.

We regularly use the ATC data resource available at https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/ATC/?p=summary. However, recently we've noticed an odd observation in the data that may need to be forwarded onto the data provider.
If you download the CSV of the latest version of the data on the summary page and look at the "Class ID" of the first few rows of data, you'll notice that the links provided don't lead to any existing resource. Instead, it seems to be necessary to change the "UATC" string in each link with "ATC" in order for the link to properly direct.
For example, the first row of data lists: http://purl.bioontology.org/ontology/UATC/A03AX13. However, that resource doesn't exist. Rather, the following link does exist: http://purl.bioontology.org/ontology/ATC/A03AX13
Are the authors/providers of the data aware of this? Should this be the case?
