The NCBI taxonomy issue should now be fixed as well. Please let me know if you run into further issues or find other terms that don't get returned by the relevant searches.

Hi Keeva,

The BTO ontology is fixed. You should be able to execute your searches with no issues. I am still investigating the issue with NCBITAXON. Unfortunately, re-indexing didn't help bring the term "Mus musculus" into the search results. It's a difficult
one to troubleshoot since most of the other terms I've tried ARE there in the index. Again, I'll keep you posted on my further findings.

Hi Keeva,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We've recently updated the versions of our popular ontologies, and for some of them the search index re-build had not completed successfully. I am currently re-running the indexing script for NCBITAXON and BTO.
I'll keep you posted on my progress, but it may take a while since NCBI Taxonomy is a fairly large terminology. I'll definitely keep you posted on our progress.

Hi,

I've had trouble with direct searches of the following terms, can you please help?

Mus musculus - not available from NCBITAXON, only a few Mus musculus crosses are being brought up or alternative reference databases

BTO - I've searched various terms eg. liver, kidney, leaf and BTO is not coming up for any of them.

Thanks
