[farmshare-discuss] MATLAB licences issue on barley

The most straightforward way to handle this is through the scheduler.  
Matlab licenses can be considered as a "resource" like cpus and ram, or 
a separate queue can be set up exclusively for matlab jobs.  There are 
many ways to skin this cat.
