Subject: GO annotations at SGD

Hi,

We've made GO annotations for yeast genes available at SGD. There are tags
on the Locus page for annotated genes, and a page for each GO node showing
which genes are annotated to it. We haven't tried to show parent-child
relationships in the display (this part of SGD is still using the ACEDB
software).

The SGD home page is:

http://genome-www.stanford.edu/Saccharomyces/

For an example of a Locus page with annotations see:

http://genome-www.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/dbrun/SacchDB?find+Locus+%22cdc9%22

For a GO node try:

http://genome-www.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/dbrun/SacchDB?find+GO+%220005657%22
