Subject: GO annotations at SGD
Hi,
We've made GO annotations for yeast genes available at SGD. There are tags
on the Locus page for annotated genes, and a page for each GO node showing
which genes are annotated to it. We haven't tried to show parent-child
relationships in the display (this part of SGD is still using the ACEDB
software).
