I downloaded yesterday (Sunday, 30.9) latest GO ontologies and while
parsing it came up with a list of misspelled 'synonym:' keywords:

Wrong term 'synony' on line: GO:0004467 synony:acyl-CoA synthetase
Wrong term 'synonyn' on line: GO:0030208 synonyn:chondroitin sulfate B synthesis
Wrong term 'synynonym' on line: GO:0009401 synynonym:PTS system

I have implemented a rather simple GO browser that would allow
me top extract associated genes and then link these to expression data.

Go browser: http://ep.ebi.ac.uk/EP/GO/

More generally, this is part of a collection of tools in the
Expression Profiler analysis suite:

Ps. Is this SwissProt link according to databse cross-referencing:
Wrong term 'SP' on line: GO:0030164 SP:kd
