Use of non-primary GO IDs in gene association tables

Michael,

It turns out that the Curious IDs you noted are each the last GOIDs in 
their respective ontology files, which suggests a bug in my parsing script, 
and not in the ontologies or FlyBase gene association files.  Sorry for the 
error, and thanks for pointing it out.
