You can try genetic association database at
http://geneticassociationdb.nih.gov <http://geneticassociationdb.nih.gov> .

Subject: Mining Genes and Diseases

Hi,

Other than OMIM, are there any freely available resources (searchable
databases, tools) that mine text for diseases and genes or gene products
related to those diseases? Ideally, I'm just looking for a list of genes
associated with a given disease along with a link to the article(s) from
which this relationship exists.

Thanks

Francis Ruffy
