Hi Francis,
I have been doing this as part of the Disease Ontology (DO) project, but we
haven't released the associations yet. Tell me which disease you are
interested in and I send you a list of the genes.

Subject: Mining Genes and Diseases

  Hi,

Other than OMIM, are there any freely available resources (searchable
databases, tools) that mine text for diseases and genes or gene products
related to those diseases? Ideally, I'm just looking for a list of genes
associated with a given disease along with a link to the article(s) from
which this relationship exists.

  Thanks

  Francis Ruffy
