Hi,
I think you can use InterPro which includes PFAM. Some (all?) InterPro
entries have links to GO (ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro/).
THere
is also http://www.geneontology.org/external2go/interpro2go linking the
InterPro keyword to GO.
