Links to GO in BRENDA database

'What's new' announcement...

GO cellular component terms have now been linked to enzyme recommended
names and locations in the BRENDA database, a database providing
a collection of enzyme functional infomation:

http://www.brenda.uni-koeln.de/

You can enter a GO id (cellular component only) in either the 'localization'
or 'recommended name' fields in BRENDA and retrieve any enzymes with that
location. BRENDA is free of charge for academic, non-profit users via the
internet.

many thanks
