The workshop is designed to provide an opportunity for discussions of the 
logical structure of the Gene Ontology (GO).
The goal is to show how logical analysis can be used to make GO a more 
robust ontology for purposes of data integration in the life sciences.

Topics to be covered will include:

The relations between GO's function and process ontologies
GO and multiple inheritance
Formal analysis of GO's biological content
GO's logical relationships
Reaping the benefits of compositionality in GO
