A new GO-OBO web browser visualization tool, GOgraphEX, is available at MGI: http://proto.informatics.jax.org/prototypes/gograph/
The main page includes links to several sets of graphs:
GO Comparative Graphs
These graphs present a comparison of GO annotations made to mouse-human-rat MGI curated orthology sets http://proto.informatics.jax.org/prototypes/gograph/GOComparativeGraphs/
MGI GO graphs
These graphs present another view, in addition to the Text and Table views on the GO classifications page, of MGI GO annotations for any gene.
OBO interactive graphs

2. Adult mouse anatomical dictionary (also includes EMAP and NCI Thesaurus) http://proto.informatics.jax.org/prototypes/gograph/MA_Graphs/
3. Mammalian phenotype http://proto.informatics.jax.org/prototypes/gograph/MP_Graphs/
4. Cell type http://proto.informatics.jax.org/prototypes/gograph/CL_Graphs/
To make full use of GOgraphEX for OBO graphs, you must have an SVG viewer plug-in. You can install an SVG viewer, available from Adobe for free, to run within Internet Explorer on the PC or Safari on the Mac. The SVG viewer plug-in is available at:
The interactive DAGs allow you to see both the ancestors of a selected term and its immediate children and grandchildren. Clicking on any node in the graph takes you to a new graph specific for that node. Some the graphs are huge and appear
initially blank in the SVG viewer until you scroll horizontally or vertically to find the terms. The SVG viewer also allows zooming in and out and searching via a right-click menu.

Any suggestions and comments are welcome.
