January 2006: GOA releases.
GOA (GO Annotation at EBI) is a project run by the European Bioinformatics
Institute that aims to provide assignments of gene products to the Gene
Ontology (GO) resource.
The data can be obtained via:

GOA News update:
This release includes an increase in Human interaction data from IntAct
because they curated the large scale human interaction sets of Stelzl et
al and Rual et al.
Changes in the association file include the addition of InterPro and
HAMAP Ids as well as EC numbers into the 'with' db column.
IEA assignments using the InterPro2GO have increased despite some SMART
hits not being included in the release this time due to improvements in
status ranking within InterPro.
