GOA News update:
This release includes a new species-specific file for the cow proteome!
As serious manual annotation for cow has only recently started, manual
figures are therefore low. Plans to transfer manual GO annotations from
human and mouse to bovine orthologous sequences will happen in the near
IEA assignments using the InterPro2GO have decreased for the chicken
proteome, as the Ensembl team have been revising some of their predictions.
