Big diffs warning!!!

Hi, folks. It turns out that OBO-Edit contained a minor bug that was causing a
lot of unnecessary "namespace:" tags to be written in some ontology files.
The latest OBO-Edit update (due for release tonight) fixes this bug.

This bug fix will not effect the Gene Ontology. Since the gene ontology
contains several ontologies in one file, every term needs an explicit
namespace tag, and nothing will change.

It WILL effect most other ontologies, particularly anatomies and any other
file where there is only one ontology specified in the file. In these cases,
newly saved files will be significantly smaller than before.

So don't be alarmed if there seem to be many differences in your anatomy files
when you save them with the latest version of OBO-Edit. We've just fixed a
little problem to save you time and disk space.
