  RSC Publishing is GO!
Royal Society of Chemistry [RSC] Publishing has announced that from
February 2007, electronic RSC journal papers will be enhanced so that
readers will be able to click on named compounds and scientific
concepts in an electronic journal article to download structures,
understand topics, or link through to electronic databases. The Gene
Ontology, the Cell Type Ontology and the Sequence Ontology, as well
as several other classification systems, will be used to mark up
articles.
Ontology terms will be published as RSS feeds, enabling automated
discovery of relevant research. More information is available from
  the Project Prospect website:

http://www.rsc.org/Publishing/Journals/ProjectProspect/Examples.asp

Here is an example paper:

http://www.rsc.org/publishing/journals/MB/article.asp?doi=b612800a

Follow the link marked "HTML article (Prospect View)".
Then click '(Show/Hide)'
Then click 'Show Ontology Terms' at the bottom of the menu that appears.

Enjoy!

Best wishes,

		The Gene Ontology Consortium
