Dear Colleague,

The 4th International Biocuration Conference will be held on October
11-14, 2010 in Tokyo, Japan.

We would like to invite those interested to participate in a workshop on
Curation Tools and Workflows.

The purpose of this workshop is to highlight tools used by curators and
their user communities to annotate
biological information, and to exchange ideas on best practices in tool
design and implementation.

We welcome presentations covering a variety of data types, including, but
not limited to:

Anatomy - Cellular and Organismal
Expression Patterns and Images
Gene Ontology
Genome Sequence Annotation and Mutations
Interactions
Pathways
Phenotypes
Protein and Nucleic Acid Structure

The workshop will consist of 4-6 presentations with time for questions and
discussion.
