[Gofriends] Mistake in GO structure?

Hi,

The GO term "respiratory system process"
http://amigo.geneontology.org/cgi-bin/amigo/term-details.cgi?term=GO:0003016&session_id=3356amigo1295089407
is a child of "respiratory gaseous exchange"
http://amigo.geneontology.org/cgi-bin/amigo/term-details.cgi?term=GO:0007585&session_id=3356amigo1295089407

but it seems to me that "respiratory gaseous exchange" is a subclass of "respiratory system process".

What is the logic behind the decision to structure things the way they are?

Cheers, Peter
