Dear Monica,

tool REVIGO (http://revigo.irb.hr/) can take a list of GO terms that can 
be visualized in semantic similarity-based scatterplots, interactive 
graphs, or tag clouds.

The GO IDs may be followed by a numeric value which describes it in a 
way meaningful to you.
