[go-friends] Shared GO terms between protein pairs

Hi,
you can use  http://xldb.di.fc.ul.pt/tools/proteinon/
First use the query "find assigned GO terms" and copy&paste the proteins
acc into the input box,
then select the GO terms you want  and use the query "find shared ancestor
terms".
