[go-friends] Information of GO relations?

Well, as you can see Chris Mungall supplied some information (thanks
Chris!), and the reason for under-documentation is usage is not currently
encouraged and indeed they do not exist in GO-Basic.

These  relations are used in QuickGO, which is why I asked in the first
place.
