[go-friends] Any tools for finding viral insertion sites in human genome

Hello,

I have the following request from a student, can anyone advise on how to do this?

>>I am currently trying to look at the locations of endogenous retroviruses within the human genome and see how their insertional polymorphisms are causing different diseases. I don't have any information on their sequence however, so I was searching for a database where I could enter only the name of the retroviruses.<<

Thanks,
Rachael.
