[go-friends] Obsoletion notice: grouping terms of pattern 'x from other organism during symbiotic interaction'

Dear all,

The proposal has been made by the multiorganism working group to obsolete grouping terms of pattern 'x from other organism during symbiotic interaction'. The reason for obsoletion is that these represent unnecessary grouping classes, we propose to split the host/symbiont process higher in the ontology, at
'biological process involved in interaction with host'
'biological process involved in interaction with symbiont'
and remove all intermediate grouping classes:

GO:0051801 cytolysis in other organism involved in symbiotic interaction
GO:0051883 killing of cells in other organism involved in symbiotic interaction
GO:0051818 disruption of cells of other organism involved in symbiotic interaction
GO:0051802 regulation of cytolysis in other organism involved in symbiotic interaction
GO:0052249 modulation of RNA levels in other organism involved in symbiotic interaction
