Dear all,
The proposal has been made to obsolete these carbohydrate transport terms:
* GO:0015549 carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone transmembrane transporter activity
* GO:0015902 carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone transport.
* The reason for obsoletion is that this is not a physiological compound, and has no specific transporter.
* GO:1902342 xylitol export
* The reason for obsoletion is that there is no specific process for xylitol export; the paper cited in the GO term describes a carbohydrate channel that can transport xylitol when overexpressed.
* GO:0015915 fatty-acyl group transport
* The reason for obsoletion is that individual groups of moleculaes are not transported.
There are no annotations, no mappings to these terms, these terms are not in any subsets.
Also, this term :
* GO:0070904 transepithelial L-ascorbic acid transport
* Combination of location and process: 1 annotation; removed

Thanks, Pascale
