Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete
GO:0098502 DNA dephosphorylation
and its child GO:0006286 base-excision repair, base-free sugar-phosphate removal

The reason for obsoletion is that these terms represents MFs. There is an annotation by SGD to RAD27 (S000001596), which is already annotated to the correct MF,  GO:0017108 5'-flap endonuclease activity, and a TAS by Reactome to POLB P06746, which is already annotated to the MF GO:0003906 DNA-(apurinic or apyrimidinic site) endonuclease activity.

There are no mappings; these terms are not present in any subsets.
