[go-friends] Obsoletion notice: GO:0070122 | isopeptidase activity

Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0070122 | isopeptidase activity. The reason for obsoletion is that this represent an additional axis of classification for proteases, different from how proteases are otherwise classified. An isopeptidase hydrolyzes isopeptide bonds, for other peptidases the type of bond hydrolyzed is not specified.

There was a single annotation to this term, that I just changed. There are no mappings, this term is not present in any subsets.
