Thank you for contacting the GO Consortium with your question.  You can
search AmiGO with a gene sequence by starting at this URL:

http://amigo.geneontology.org/cgi-bin/amigo/blast.cgi

There are several options for the BLAST search as well as for filtering the
results.  I hope this helps.
