how to i minimize the number of models loaded???

If the serialization doesn't work out for you, you can certainly try
loading fewer models.

For example, you can do this:

ner.model.7class =
ner.model.MISCclass =

However, it does not look like that will get you out of trouble, since
you're running out of memory in the first NER model.  It's something
to keep in mind if you do get the serialization working and need to
save memory somewhere,
