[java-nlp-user] decoder failure with phrasal and gaps

Hi,

Thanks for the very interesting and promising release of the phrasal
beta version.

I was able to train and test a first system (all stages of the setup run
and I got translation as well as evaluation results).

However, when setting up again to use /gaps/, the 'phrase-extract' phase
(with "-withGaps true") runs fine and generates the necessary models.
But, when proceeding with the MERT phase, running 'phrasal-mert' with
the additional flag "--phrasal-flags=--gaps", the following error occurs
("Decoder failure" on STDERR), taken from the log file:

Any hint would be appreciated. Many thanks,
