[java-nlp-user] decoder failure with phrasal and gaps

Hi Thomas, 

This is failing trivially in reading the arguments; the "gaps" flag should have either 1 or two integer arguments (1 if only source gaps).

So you might try something like "--phrasal-flags=--gaps 8" or perhaps "--phrasal-flags=--gaps=8"

But I guess we should fix our documentation....
