[liberationtech] Internet Circumvention Tools and Methods: Evaluation and Review

Michael Best mikeb at cc.gatech.edu

I was interested in reading this review of internet circumvention
tools and methods. But I am at the NSF today and they are blocking
this webpage:

"Important Notice - National Science Foundation has blocked access to
this site. (policy_denied)

If you believe you have received this message erroneously, with
respect to an appropriate site, please submit a request to IT Help
Central at ithelpcentral at nsf.gov. "

Oh the irony....
