Hello Frank,

There certainly is no 'bullet-proof hosting' but there are more secure
hosting companies. Have you considered PRQ in Sweden. It used to host
Wikileaks (I'm not sure if they still do). Find them here:
http://prq.se/?intl=1 . They seem to be advocates of freedom on the net.
