Over the next several weeks, the U.S. House will vote on the appropriations
bill that funds the National Science Foundation. Given recent attacks on SBE
sciences by some members of Congress, amendments may be offered to the bill
(at the full committee level or on the House floor) that eliminate or
substantially reduce SBE funding. Please contact your Representative to urge
him or her to support funding for ALL sciences at NSF.****
