[liberationtech] Hacking attacks on activists in Azerbaijan

Hi Joseph,

We think that the Digital First Aid Kit
(https://www.digitaldefenders.org/digitalfirstaid/) is a pretty good
public resource and it includes a section on account hijacking.

It is certainly the sort of general resource that people can be sent to
when dealing with this type of incident. Of course every case is
different and will often require tailored analysis and remedy.
