Attached is example (screenshot) of dynamically adding host. Its similar to what you have, simple topo with initial 3 hosts.
Please refer to the API doc
http://mininet.org/api/annotated.html , specifically http://mininet.org/api/classmininet_1_1net_1_1Mininet.html to see details of addHost and addSwitch APIs.

I advent found removeHost, removeSwitch options though yet. If anyone knows please chime in.

Thanks,
Vaishali

Subject: [mininet-discuss] Adding New host or New Switch after Network Creation

Hello,
I wonder is it possible to add new hosts and new switches to the mininet network after creating it?
For examle: sudo mn --topo=single,3, if I created this simple single switch network with 3 hosts. Can I add hosts and switches to this network and link them to the existing network?
