[mininet-discuss] Switch ports sending out dhcp requests

This seems to be a problem with the network manager in 13.10. Ticket:
https://github.com/mininet/mininet/issues/228.

A temporary fix for this is:

    sudo stop network-manager

And then you can start it again when you need it after stopping Mininet.
