Don't I remember that the --mac option makes them start at 00:00:00:00:00:01 and increment?

(IIRC, this feature has the unfortunate side effect that DPIDs now couldn't possibly be based on a unique MAC, and I'd *rather* it start at something like 06:00:00:00:00:01, though...)
