[multilingual-dh] Facilitators for DH 2020 forum?

Thanks Quinn! I'll make sure to submit the proposal first thing on Monday
morning, and I'll ping this mailing list in case there are any unexpected
questions/hurdles during the submission process. The draft looks great as
is to me!
