[opensource] Perens confirmed for march. need help with planning

Okay. For our program to sponsor, it would just have to not conflict with
our weekly forum (Thursdays 4:15-6 pm through March 13). A 3 -4 pm talk on
a Thursday would work, although I personally prefer Friday.
