[opensource] Open Technology Courses at Stanford Continuing Studies

Are you, or any of your staff, friends, or neighbors interested in improving your computer and technology skills? Stanford Continuing Studies offers a number of evening and weekend courses covering a wide variety of technology subjects. 

Hurry! Most classes start in about 10 days -- the last week of March/first week of April! 

All classes are open to the public.

For Stanford and Hospital employees, STAP funds and Hospital Educational Assistance training funds apply.

CS 21 ("Beginning Web Site Design")
   - Learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and basic web design! 
   - Wednesdays, April 1—June 3, 7-9pm

CS 22 ("Enhanced Web Site Design")
   - Go beyond the basics! Learn about mobile design techniques, analytics, SEO techniques, web app development, CSS3, HTML5, web server manipulation, and content management systems!
   - Thursdays, April 2—June 4 7-9pm

CS 31 ("Getting the Most Out Of Microsoft Office")
   - Learn tips and techniques to use Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel more effectively!
   - Mondays, March 30—April 27, 7-9pm

CS 41 W ("Beginning Programming (PHP): An Online Course")
   - Learn how to program in PHP!
   - Online, March 30-May 8

CS 42 ("Creating and Editing Video")
   - Learn how to plan for, shoot, and edit great videos for personal and professional use!
   - Thursdays, April 2-April 30, 7-9pm

WSP 212 ("Computer Security and Protecting Yourself in the Digital Age")
   - Learn how to protect yourself online!
   - Saturday, April 25, 10am-4pm
